SGS has rated and certified the UV Shield Glove to be UPF 50+ (See Results). SGS is the world’s leading inspection, verification, testing and certification company with over 1,650 offices and laboratories worldwide. UPF 50+ or Ultraviolet Protection Factor 50+ is the highest rating a garment can be assigned.

The UV Shield Glove was launched in February 2014 and features a patent-pending design for maximum UV protection.
